Don’t tell federal investigators things that aren’t true, because they charge for that. Since you might not even 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 what’s true — say, the specific configuration of your computer — the easiest way to avoid saying untrue things to a federal investigator is not to say anydamnthing to them at all.
