This dude would not tell anyone he got cursed because:
1. He’d have to admit he got his ass kicked by a chronically ill, narcoleptic mage who wasn’t even awake for the fight.
2. Everyone who knows him would immediately assume he asked to get turned into a snake because he’s so obsessed with them.
That's actually hilarious, so the mage had just dozed off and managed to unconsciously cast a spell onto the assassin🤣🤣🤣
Oh actually the mage has built in protection spells in his robes because he sleeps so often.
The assassin thought he could kill him while he slept but got jumpscared by a pretty terrifying defence haha. The mage woke up a bit later and found the assassin unconscious.
