Two £60 parking fines this week, where I'd only paid for 1 hour rather than 12. I thought it was my tired self at 6.50am but I looked at the app this morning with extra care and noticed that the time unit defaults to minutes. Naughty. I've complained but I won't get a refund, obviously.
