Personally I'm using filters (including on alt text) to avoid seeing posts about topics that I don't want to see; but due to the lack of a "disable reposts" feature on here I'm still often encountering low-effort posts from accounts without alt text. Collecting these here for easy muting.

Facebook meme type accounts, participating in followback schemes. Resistance-flavored pablum. Either incipient bad actors, or super annoying, or both.

Accounts that follow more than 2k other accounts. Manual list. I recommend combining this with the automated lists for 5k or higher by @automated-lists.bsky.social. These are not all bots or follow-farming accounts. It's based on the number of follows, not activity.

Can only repost meme images they found on other social media, usually just bold white words on a colored background. Came out of the woodwork right after the election; 50% chance of being a data harvesting bot looking for engagement, or actual cancerous echo chamber people.
