Difficult to enforce. My teen went thru hell not just due to social media but also cellphone use. I monitored her socials. Upside was discovering horrendous abuse ignored by school. Licensing cell use & training for teens & parents is the way to go. Like driving. I have a lot to share about this!
Many parents, schools are oblivious. As a former social media professional, I tried in vain to educate abt the sharing of violent porn on socials. IG sites groom middle schoolers. This Topic is absent in schools. Socials now target teen gambling. Tried to get a course taught abt it.
