Primarily people who subscribe to anti-AI blocklists. Subscribing to this list allows for filtering them out. This is likely to improve the experience of bluesky for some people.

My personal list with smaller accounts I follow that the generic algorithm might miss because it's overwhelmed by news/larger accounts.
I wish Bluesky would offer a dynamic, tailored list like this for everyone, based on some configurable criteria, like account followers / likes / frequency / etc.
