- Repulsion/Neutrality/Favorability refers to an individual's personal stance toward the concept of sex/romance and their personal involvement in it. This does not always, but sometimes is, related to the individual's stance on sex/romance not in relationship to themself.
- Sex/Romance Repulsed: An individual is personally repulsed by sex or the idea of themself having sex and/or is repulsed by having romantic interactions Sex/Romance Neutral: An individual is indifferent to the idea of themself having sex and/or romantic interactions
- Sex/Romance Favorable: An individual enjoys and likes the idea of themself having sex and/or romantic interactions. Using one of these terms is a further way to identify and express one's asexuality/aromanticism and their individual relation to sexual/romantic interactions.
- These stances may or may not directly be related to an individual's level of sexual/romantic attraction. For example, a person may be sex favorable and enjoy having sex but may not experience sexual attraction toward others.Mar 14, 2025 01:20
- None of these definitions are 100% concrete, and like aromanticism and asexuality as a whole, there is a fluidity and a spectrum to them. Not all a-spec people choose to use these terms, but some do.
