- So it helps you to monitor it and to see if you have too high or too low work amount for your skill. And as we know our skill is increasing so the bigger inches are maybe some day in our flow channel. The flow tunnel is a state where you don’t feel that you work and the time flies.
- Pomodoro, it’s about time but flow channel is about the relationship between skill and challenge. So if you have a bigger challenge then your skill level you’re overwhelmed. If your challenge is too small, you get bored and get in a kind of same state as overwhelmingness.
