Russia launched a mass attack on Ukraine overnight with drones and missiles, hitting Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Vinnytsia and Poltava. The left bank of Kyiv lost power and heat in over 5,600 buildings. One person was killed near Bucha. Ukraine reports the first use of Russia’s new Iskander-I missile.
