I’m sorry to say this but Takeshi Tamiya, the person who was responsible for starting The First Slayers Movie as well as worked on all of the Slayers Movies And OVA has sadly passed away today. May he rest in peace and my condolences for his loved ones and the people who knew.

Takeshi Tamiya has passed away.
He is a wonderful senior who caused a stir in Something Yoshimatsu-sensei's Slayers behind-the-scenes manga, "I Did It, Uncle."
The person who first started the Slayers anime adaptation.
(The movie version before the TV version.
I loved him so much.
We pray for your soul to rest in peace.
During the big gathering for the first movie, when I was running around confused, he called out to me, "Araizumi Sensei!" ( ´ ◡ ` ) and helped me relax...
"Rina-chan is so cute! I love her ♥ " he said...
He was a really wonderful man.
Thank you for all the wonderful works you have brought to the anime industry.
