- Danielle Smith could call a snap election tomorrow, putting separatism on the ballot and giving her an out. At minimum this puts any referendum at least on hold.
- Labrador is well positioned to use the power generated at Churchill Falls to power the mining and refining of rare earth metals deposited in the province. Labrador also sits on the mouth of the North West Passage, and direct market access to Europe. Something to think about.
