- One of the things I'm doing is trying to get a system together that will basically allow me to rapidly prototype the whole city that Night Shift takes place in. Just trying to prototype buildings and streets that are somewhat believable. Here's what some of that looks like...

- The next painting for my book... sorta. Not feeling this one. Form and lensing are cool, light composition needs a huge overhaul. Next painting is a lot better and I've been sitting on it since May so I'm gunna move on and circle back to this later.

- A lil WIP on one of the upcoming paintings (I work on ~3 at a time). I'm trying to re-use old paintings I have lying around (top left), but the idea ended up changing. Bottom right is a photobash attempt - the composition still wasn't working for me. I like the top right. Also ✨larger bois✨.

- Progress post :> From finished to sketch. Having a better PC for Blender/volumetric rendering really helped with this one. Also - there's a ton of photos I took of Detroit/Chicago for this that I bashed in. You can kinda see them if you look closely.
- Idk how often I should post WIPs (not sure if anyone cares about spoilers) but here's part of the ideation process for a future piece. I usually work several paintings ahead. Lots of photos, both that I've taken and vintage film, mixed with super rough value sketches.
- I'm going to be really sad when I finish the prison break arc of this comic and I don't have a reason for them to all my characters to be shirtless :/

- "Well hey - the plan worked, didn't it?" Axle is seriously considering just swimming back to jail at this point :> So excited to keep this story going!! For now, I'm focusing on just the art. Once it's all done I'll go back and compile everything into a book. Love you guys🧡
- Process time! 1. The original thumbnail I did when storyboarding + an ill-fated spin-off (I have a skyline fetish). 2. Re-thumbnailing the idea (fml look at the bottom right). 3. I redo the lines after I'm ok with the rough painting. 4. The half-rendered layer :> There's so many more. I'll archive
