- bracing myself a bit here but friends - what's a new TV show I can watch? IMPORTANT INFO: - I need it to have at least 30 episodes already out, ideally more - I can't stand violence, gore or anything scary - it has to be 40ish min per episode - I don't like sad things or romcoms thank you!
- Somebody Somewhere on Amazon Prime (wish it weren’t there but…). It’s 3 seasons. Whacky, human, ultimately uplifting. I loved it. Also second recommendations for Hacks on same platform.
- If there is one delightful outcome to the downfall of the House of #Mandelson it’s that image of his tighty whiteys. Satirists are already having fun with it & hopefully it’ll be the defining image of the slimebag. A bit like John Major in his baggy y-fronts.

- It’s amazing how brilliant well-resourced, editorially sound teams of journalists can really uphold the democratic process. Today, the #WashingtonPost is being chucked into the sea by its oligarchic owner for exactly the same reasons. It’s criminal. So many excellent workers cast loose.
