- I did "Dry January" in the hope of jump starting some weight loss amd gained 6 lbs. Ouch. Like my exercise class instructor says, "you can't out run a bad diet" and stress eating isn't healthy for many reasons. I guess we're on to February!
- Good morning! I haven't written as much lately but I did some reorganization of my current chapter and think it looks better. I need to tie together some thoughts and add some tables and I'm hoping to have a new draft submitted by the end of the week. I might do this!
