This single render is the one time they depicted agent 4 serious to be honest, a lot of other agent 4 content shows them as a very joyous person. However I do fully agree that captain 3 is very mischaracterized as this "strict and serious leader" when they're really just a chill boss
I think it’s funny how Fanon Agent 4 is literally the exact opposite to their canon personality.
Hell, Agent 4 is probably closer to Fanon Agent 3 than canon 3
