Sharing this once again to remind us that, alongside our Constitutional Rights, we also have our Declaration of Independence, which directly states it is our RIGHT as the governed people to alter or entirely ABOLISH our government when it becomes destructive of its powers.

This just lives rent-free in my mind these days.
I am happy my middle school history teacher had us memorize this. It has never left me, and is more important than ever now.
I can't believe I am seeing a moment where we may need to act on it in my own lifetime.
