Every State AG is OBLIGATED to decline this "invitation." The last surviving parts of Constitution restricts Articles from infringing on Amendments. SCOTUS made it VERY clear - CO (Amendment) couldn't keep an insurrectionist off the FEDERAL ballot (Articles). Midterms are STATE elections.
