Is it just me, or does it look like whomever grabbed the victim’s gun fired it into the ground as they moved away from the scrum? I came away with that first impression. I hope the NY Times does a frame by frame on all videos.
Looks to me like the guy in the light grey jacket & cap first kicks away a gas can on ground then did not have a gun in his hand when he went into the frey but he emerged with one in his hand right as shots start and he runs away.
How the fuck can they back that up? Trump wants this. He wants to invoke the insurrection act and then stop the midterms. He’s wants innocent people killed by these Nazi fuckers
Legal question about videos. Shady Vance released Jonathan Ross's video. He's a lawyer so he'd know that doing so probably would render it inadmissable as evidence. Can this be considered obstruction?
