Commercial mayo doesn't agree with me and I just found this solution. Make mayonnaise: Put in a jar 3/4 cup oil (I used avocado), 1 Tablespoon vinegar, 1 egg, pinch of salt. Put the immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar and beat until you have amazing homemade mayo.💯✔️💜
