A goofy guy I made for the #DesignARobotMaster entry for #MegaManDO. Didn't really give myself enough time, so many things were rushed. (Plus I generally prefer doing MMBN OCs.) Either way, I just thought it would have been funny with a guy who was named both by weapon and personality. #mrtwinkleart
