- Liebe @deutschebahn.com, Dass ihr kurzfristig die #Familienreservierung abschafft, ist enttäuschend für unsere 4-köpfige Familie, die in Kanada immer vom dt. ÖV schwärmt. Dass ihr nun aber 2 unserer reservierten Verbindungen streicht & uns zwingt, neu für 35 EUR mehr zu reservieren, ist unredlich
- Und das schließt noch nicht den extra Aufwand ein, alles umzubuchen, die alte Reservierung nach der Reise erstattet zu bekommen, neue Verbindungen nur mit mehr Umstiegen zu finden und so kurzfristig nicht mehr zusammenhängende Sitze zu bekommen. Schade!
