- We picked up 4 electric cargo bikes today! They’re tucked away for winter hibernation, but we can’t wait to share them with you all next spring. Thank you to the local Wirecutter reviewer who selected our program for this generous donation. 🚲 ❤️

- It is a BIG week for bike donations at the Minneapolis Cargo Bike Library. We are basically doubling our fleet (5 new bikes!) thanks to some very generous companies. 😱 What bikes do you think we have incoming?
- “Over half of the e-cargo bike mileage ridden during trials substituted for car use.” Cities with mode-shift and climate goals should be funding bike share and bike libraries that include electric cargo bikes.
- Yesterday one of our borrowers was saying they wished they had a cargo bike for some specific errands they need to run this week. The they remembered to check if we had a bike available to book- & we did! Cargo bike libraries & on demand bike share help more people swap car trips for bike trips.
