Weird request: I'm looking for good movies (especially indie) where seemingly "nothing happens" in that the story is character focused, small, emotional, bearing witness to a human being. My mind goes to Brittany Snow's recent directorial debut "Parachute." Other examples please.
Would be interested to know if you think this would qualify but I think wim wender’s Perfect Days might be in this category. An amazing film, regardless, and very much about someone the rest of society does not see.
