- My boss told me I'm a "perfect fit" for my job today c: I get my documentation done on time (which is not typical, surprisingly) and I'm meeting productivity with a 48% already 🎉 (the "goal" is 50% but I heard early on that if someone meets 30% they're doing well)
- I'm really happy about this because this is the job I had in mind for a few years and it's kind of half therapist half "helper person" which i like helping people so to hear that I'm doing really well in the role AND I'm impressing her on the paperwork and numbers side is 👌👌
