Brendan Jones, 40, is charged with sexual battery following an alleged September 2023 incident. According to a Fort Lauderdale Police report, after a rear-end collision, Jones refused to take his passenger to a hospital, instead bringing her to his home where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
