- (2) The proteome is remodelled in very defined nodules. mTOR signaling contributes to this, and its inhibition alters T cell differentiation. mTOR inhibition during for only 16h while priming naive T cells is sufficient to prefer memory like cells, which has potential voor boosting vaccines.
