- A lot of people have been brain poisoned by bad faith "1st Ammendment" poasters. A private website can, and should strongly moderate what's acceptable to post. Banhammering people who piss in the communal pool is a reasonable moderation tactic.
- I think honestly if website like this one and Twitter just banned people for harassment (or at least quasi death threats) it would be fine
