- It's not "artificial" intelligence -- it's simulated intelligence. The key distinction is that "AI" lacks agency and abstract reasoning, but we possess those things and in our own minds imbue it with them when we anthropomorphize it. Great conversation with Andy and Melanie re: what AI really is:
