It is because he has been shown to have leaked government information to people when he was last in government around 2009 /10 - something which we heard about only last week. 2/2
- So, let’s get this straight: a national leader (Starmer), who is not mentioned in the Epstein files, is imperilled, largely because of a fuss being cooked up by a wannabe national leader (Farage) who IS mentioned in the files. /1

- Reposted by Mike McLeanSorry to soil my timeline but this did make me laugh…you? Took me a moment… Greg Bovino was asked how he felt about his demotion today. "Well, obviously, I'm not happy", he replied. Someone in the crowd shouted back, "So which one are you?"

- Reposted by Mike McLeanREFORM - leading in the polls - charges prospective candidates £125 to apply to run as an MP - before selecting a GB News host who is a colleague of the party leader and one of his MPs to run instead. You'd honestly think this was newsworthy. But apparently not.
- Reposted by Mike McLeanPlease spread this far and wide, as stories don't get much bigger than this. When the government blocks even the intelligence services from telling us we're heading for environmental catastrophe, you know we have a problem. A very big problem. - Ah, look at them. Don’t they look…utterly repellent.
- So who else is on Farage’s defection wish list?
- Reposted by Mike McLeanA message from Greenland…
- Suella Braverman? Ha ha. Farage should just call his company Tories Reformed.
- Reposted by Mike McLeanCan’t help but notice a lot of social media reports of Tik Tok censoring anti-ICE content in its first weekend under Trump-directed US management, and no mainstream news coverage thus far.
- The news just keeps getting better.

- I seem to remember thinking that Russia should not have been allowed to host the football World Cup because of its poor human rights record. I didn’t expect the USA to try to outdo Russia, but here we are.

- Hooded murder squads on the streets? America has turned Nazi, hasn’t it?
- I seem to remember a time when you’d see films from America where a bunch of hooded guys would ride into town, terrorise everyone and shoot some innocents. But you knew it’d be ok, as a righteous Sheriff would round them all up and mete out justice. No more. That’s not Trump’s way. 😢

- Reposted by Mike McLeanAbsolutley heartbreaking that parents of a man gunned down by federal agents have to put out a statement because the president and his cowardly minions are defaming their son. We’re way past sick.

- One of our greatest misfortunes today is that we are forced to listen to the words of the most colossally self-deluded narcissists in human history. It is exhausting.

- It’s getting to the point where Farage should call a press conference to announce a day when a former Tory doesn’t join Reform.
- At what point do Reform rebrand themselves as “Conservatives Reformed”?
- Reposted by Mike McLeanNadim Zahawi arrived in the UK from Iraq as a child refugee. His family claimed asylum once they were here. Today he has joined Reform who will stop all in country asylum applications. Under his new party, his own family fleeing persecution would be immediately deported.
- And now Nadim Zahawi has defected to Reform. Complaining about tax. Which is quite ironic, given his history to paying tax.

- Reposted by Mike McLeanThe US government is now freely killing people at sea, in other lands, and on its own streets. It is difficult to see what more is needed for Congress and the Supreme Court to exercise their constitutional duty to check and balance what is now a rogue state abroad and a gangster state at home.
- Of course. Because Reform was never about the interests of the people.
- There we were, all hoping that 2026 was going to be a better year. When it suddenly became clear that we are hurtling towards WW3 with the USA on, at best, its own side, and at worst, on the other side.
- Nothing speaks so clearly of a species’ decline and possible extinction, than the realisation that this is its most powerful male.
