US citizen Dayanne Figueroa was grabbed by ICE after they merged into her car while they drove recklessly in an unmarked car.

DHS says she was detained for "resisting arrest" (what?!) and also that she assaulted federal officers... though you can see in the video that federal agents were not harmed
