Trump is fucking senile. The other day he didn’t know his own budget cut Medicaid & had to be reminded by GOP members of Congress. Today he thinks Doug Burgum was the governor of North Carolina and his Energy Secretary (which he is not). I don’t know who’s running the government. It ain't him.
