- Reposted by Megan AlpertListen. The average person just doesn’t need training to know that it’s wrong to kill people. This is not some big complex problem that requires expertise to get right. If ICE is killing people, it’s from a lack of morality, not a lack of knowledge.

- Adelanto is a bad place (all of these places are). In 2015, I spoke with detainees there who were on hunger strike, and a paraplegic teenager who had been denied treatment for a UTI after being denied clean catheters. He told me "they basically just wait until you're dying."
