- If the president can rendition legal residents, cut funding for anything he wants, violate all of our treaty commitments, & can monetize the presidency, then he can try to not seat the next Congress/Dems in Jan 27. Folks who swore oaths should be preparing for what stopping that is going to require.
- I'm with you on ~99% here & agree many don't grasp all of this in your 🧵. But I also worry about the last mile, where the GOP lies about voter fraud, Vance refuses to seat new Dem Senators, & the GOP plays games in the House to not seat new Reps 👇. It may be low probability but it's still nonzero.
