Топ рутві (критерій: >200 підписників, з яких >90% - з країн агресорів):
В списку зібрані всі підписані на "стовпи" рутві. Список самих стовпів:

- 섹계 자동 차단 알고리즘 수정
기준) 특정 태그 포스트
- 작성자와 작성자의 팔로워
- 의도치 않은 경우
1. 팔로워가 해킹을 당해 포스트 작성 or 답글을 단 경우
2. 팔로우 관리가 되지 않아 섹계를 팔로우 하고 있는 경우 ( 제일 많음 )
- 모든 조건 만족시 제거 ( 주 1회 )
1. 더이상 섹계를 팔로우를 하지 않는 경우
2. 섹계 관련 포스트가 없는 경우
3. 팔로우/팔로워/포스트가 0개가 아닌 경우
4. 팔로우가 1명인데 블스 공식계정이 아닌경우
