Some of these even support Iran regime and Maduro. They often are hammer and sickle in profile. Think everything "The West" does is evil, but never notice the evil done in the name of the west's enemies. Often onside with far-right repressive religious types that they agree with. Pro-russian often.
Entire purpose of these accounts is to troll people and pat themselves on the back with their superior opinions. They get enjoyment by trying to make people feel angry or sad.
