- I have the honor of serving as current president of 3CBA. In that role I follow in the footsteps of some far-more-impressive-than-I appellate lawyers, including a few on here.
- As president, I get to write a note for each issue. This time, I wrote about the terrible rise in violent threats against federal judges. My hope is that I can help encourage others to speak about it, too.
