It comes to my attention that Americans don’t use the word ‘tortoise’ & call #tortoises (ie the slow moving guys who sleep all winter) #turtles (ie the ocean dwelling dudes) and sometimes call them ‘land turtles’ 🐢 All tortoises are turtles. But not all turtles are tortoises. Tortoises are real
