Identifying the organisational environment, understanding the needs of the users in a way they might not even be aware of, shipping it in a way it builds trust and acceptance, doing it so it delivers meaningful value

If you look past the math and logic puzzles, software development is a human exchange, get better at that and you'll have better outcomes.
