- Reposted by Margy NewensStarmer’s response speaks to a real problem: transport costs make a lot of ppl’s lives harder than they need to be and many are forced into costly car dependence. Only long term fix is to focus on providing ppl with transport choices (eg reliable, affordable and accessible public transport).
- Delighted that Southwark Labour Council is investing in parks and green spaces across the borough. @richardleeming.bsky.social and I will be working with wonderful local volunteers to secure an upgrade of Dulwich Park playground.
- A delight to join wonderful local volunteers and @lb-southwark.bsky.social officers to plant trees for the new wood meadow in Belair Park this morning. The weather was gloomy but spirits were full of sunshine! #DulwichVillage
