That is a TONGUE. 😍 Our black lab G, instead of growing huge paws, I swear grew a huge tail and tongue. And grew into them (mostly) later. We encountered a toddler when G was that age, who was so excited to pet a dog! And then he saw G’s tongue and backed away horrified. 😂😭
