Looks very cool. You say

Useful to look as pairwise and n-wise changes to understand possible "nonlinear" effects? I didn't go back to check if the combinatorics are feasible.

We focussed on pairwise differences for interpretability, but you're right it would be interesting to look at n-wise changes too.
And actually, even exploring up to the maximum difference does seem feasible!
Something to include in the revised version.
