- Hi Keith, we're so sorry that happened! As you can imagine, we get a lot of spam and bot traffic, so our security settings have to remain really high. If someone is blocked in error, it's usually too many attempts (like hitting the same button) in a certain amount of time. I'm glad this fix worked!
