Parenting is endlessly rewarding. You can get such a feeling of accomplishment from doing things like finally organizing a bunch of children's puzzles, and then ten minutes later they give you the chance to have that feeling all over again

I just built a huge railroad track at his insistence and then he immediately went full Godzilla mode on it while I was getting the actual trains out of the box lol
