- thinking about this post again and using similar methods to attempt to fix my fgc mindset
- things are starting to click more with Cait, i’m up to Master 2 and still def winning more than i’m losing. i have combos i’m pretty confident in for *almost* every situation, but Cait is such a difficult character to improvise with on the fly so i’m def still dropping some stuff
- neutral is still super weird, the gun is simultaneously the best screen control tool in the game and also one of the biggest liabilities if you ever miss a shot. simply don’t miss i guess 🤷♀️ WW assists are really useful for covering Cait zoning, but DP assist is too slow for fully reacting to jumps
- it’s really cool having a team actually capable of routing into tag launcher consistently. that was one of the biggest weaknesses of Illaoi/WW and i don’t think i even realized how important it was when i was playing that team. that plus Cait’s fake DD super gives this team so many options
