Okay I need everyone’s opinion mayonnaise
Jan 17, 2026 19:11I only like mayo in small quantities (thin layer in a sandwich, little bit in the dressing for chicken or egg salad). Up until recently my options were either make it by hand (somewhat laborious, and even a tiny batch makes like a pint) or not have it at all (I’ve been opting for the latter).
Now I can have the primal kitchens mayo, which is pretty expensive ($10-15) but it’s the only store bought one w/o hidden ingredients/allergens/sensitivities. And I go through the bottle fairly slowly, whereas I could barely eat 10% of a batch of homemade mayo before it would go moldy.
