At the start of the year, I weighed myself and I was the heaviest I'd ever been. 16st 8lb. Yuck.
Healthier eating, a couple of litres of water a day, a decent dinner and no snacking during the week. Weekend I can be an animal.
Weighed myself this morning, 15st 8lb. That's 14lbs in just over a month!
Feb 11, 2025 08:52I'm 6' tall and a generally slim build, so all the weight went to my stomach. Not the best look, and it didn't even improve my darts or pint-balancing skills.
Next target? To get back into the 14s and be able to comfortably wear my dress shirts again :)
