i changed my name on discord to "insaneo braino" after years of going through one traumatic thing after another and being mocked and bullied for displaying symptoms of mental illness and the last straw was being told i was showing my "true colors" by people i considered friends
it was originally done in self spite, they are right im crazy im unloveable and im irredeemable i deserve all this shit
i dont think that anymore but now im too attached to that DN so i kept it because i find it funny
needless to say, in light of recent events: be more kind to people in psychosis

just be kinder, its rough out there
