I haven't quite figured out whether to add this South Dakota bill to the @legialerts.org tracker. It grants exceptions to the gamete production trans bathroom/changing room ban already in existence, by saying that firefighters & theater folks can ignore it. legiscan.com/SD/text/HB11...
