- A long time ago I had a job analysing and digitalising medical records, and by far the worst traumas were from #1 snowboarding and #2 rugby - but the biggest surprise was the huge number of people who get injured by cars in large retail parking lots.

- I think people who are walking to or from their cars to the shops think of themselves as being in a pedestrian space, and are therefore not sufficiently watchful, whereas as soon as they get in their cars, sometimes tired or angry about their shopping experience, they think they are on the road.
