- #TBT These stickers were found around the @turningpointusa convention. We can't take credit for the idea, but are immensely grateful to whoever planted these seeds of change. The stickers model a path forward--rejecting hate without rejecting the human potential for accountability and redemption.
- For those leaving hate behind, the journey can feel overwhelming, but support, understanding, and community make all the difference. Thank you to all of the donors who make this journey possible. Join us in making a difference this year. Visit lifeafterhate.com to learn more.

- Your past doesn't have to be your future. New beginnings require courage and hard work, but they're possible. We've seen it happen. If you're ready to close one chapter and start a new one, we're here. Your story doesn't end in hate—it can begin in hope.
- We must all learn from our mistakes, accept responsibility for our past shortcomings & continually work toward improvement & positive change. Life After Hate is committed to providing that to those who need it most. Want to stay connected to our work? Sign up for our newsletter:
- Condemnation is easy. We point fingers & move on. But it doesn't stop hate or offer a way out. Confrontation is harder. It means understanding the problem, creating pathways to exit & walking alongside people through transformation. Condemning hate is a statement. Confronting hate is a commitment.
- Hate movements promise belonging, but deliver isolation. They cut you off from family & friends, from anyone who doesn't share the ideology. They build walls until you're trapped—alone with your anger & fear. That loneliness? It's by design. But here's what we know: you don't have to stay there.
- Season 4, Episode 1 drops this week! #podcast
- Intervention works. When we reach people before hate consumes them—or support them in leaving before violence occurs—we break cycles. Our program combines peer mentorship, case management & genuine human connection. Because the most effective way to stop hate is to give people a pathway out of it.
- You don't have to figure this out alone. You don't have to know all the answers before you take the first step. Life After Hate is here to support & walk with you through the transition. If you're thinking about leaving, if you're scared, but ready—reach out. There's a better life waiting for you.
- Hate movements are skilled at offering what people desperately need: belonging, purpose, identity, community. But here's the truth: no ideology will solve your pain. Our work is about helping people who are already caught in the trap to find their way out.
- -From someone who's been there. Who lived it & finally saw the truth. You can't argue someone out of hate. You can't shame them into change. Real transformation happens when a person looks inward & makes their own choice: to see the damage, feel its weight & decide they want something different.
- This is what our program is all about. A space where judgment is replaced with understanding. Where isolation ends & connection begins. If you or someone you know is ready to find that safe space & start the journey toward healing, we're here. Life After Hate isn't just a program—it's a 2nd chance
- Your past doesn't define your future. We've been there—trapped in hate, thinking there was no way out. But we found one. So can you. Change isn't easy, but it's possible. And you don't have to do it alone. October is Hate Crimes Awareness Month. If you're ready to leave hate behind, we're here.
- October is Hate Crimes Awareness Month. If you're ready to walk away from hate, or if someone you love needs support, we're here. Change starts with a single step. Learn more:
- “Feeling camaraderie & brotherhood, like you can trust these guys because they’ve got you, but that was pretty far from the actual truth. They’ve got you, but there are a whole bunch of stipulations. They don’t bother telling you all that when you start.” www.lifeafterhate.org/exitusa-clie...
- Hate doesn't just harm others—it consumes those who carry it. Breaking free takes courage, support, and the recognition that change is possible. Our program, ExitUSA, creates pathways out of hate-fueled violence, helping individuals reclaim their lives and build healthier futures.
- We recognize that the individuals we work with have often been both perpetrators and victims—causing harm while carrying deep trauma themselves. Our approach acknowledges this complexity without excusing harmful actions. #TraumaInformed #HateFueledViolence
